硅基光子器件与芯片的设计和加工、半导体微加工工艺、III-V族非氧化物面发射激光器等。

个人简介

2008年清华大学物理系物理学学士,2010年清华大学精密仪器系光学工程工学硕士,2016年美国中佛罗里达大学光学与光子学博士。201610月进入南京大学工作,于现代工程与应用科学学院江伟教授课题组任专职副研究员。
