International Conference on Optical Communications and Networks (ICOCN) serves as one of the largest international forums for researchers involved in all aspects of optical communications and networks. ICOCN2018 conference proceedings will be published by SPIE. Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into SPIE Digital Library and indexed by EI Compendex.
